Cake, is the most incredible dessert in the world. No matter birthday, wedding, Christmas, anniversaries, celebrations, or even in a good or bad mood days, cake always is the choice of dessert for meals.

Cake making seem easy, but to make a good cake is not just a piece of cake. Cake is a baked batter which mixed flour, sugar, eggs, fats, milk, and leavening together to produce a fluffy and fine grained baked product. By mixing and using baking powder, air is incorporated into the batter. Quality cakes depend on ingredients used, quality of ingredients, mixing method, batter temperature and process of baking.

There are many type of cake in the world, such as sponge cake, chiffon cake, mousse cake, cheese cake, ice-cream cake, muffin, cup cake and many more.
